Headquarters and Main Manufacturing

Our corporate headquarters and primary manufacturing operations are situated in Warrington, PA, approximately 20 miles north of Philadelphia. This expansive campus encompasses over 160,000 square feet across multiple buildings, each dedicated to specialized functions:

• 400 Valley Road: This facility houses our main administrative offices and core manufacturing units, supporting a wide array of chemical synthesis and production activities.
• 424 Valley Road: Known as the Warrington Technical Center, this building offers more than 84,000 square feet of space dedicated to shipping, receiving, warehousing, and additional office areas.
• 1981 County Line Road: Located just a mile from our main campus, this 30,000-square-foot facility focuses on manufacturing, warehousing, and packaging, with a specialization in electronic chemicals and explosion-proof manufacturing operations.
• 1993 County Line Road: Adjacent to the 1981 County Line facility, this 40,000-square-foot building provides additional office and warehouse space, enhancing our operational capabilities.
• 767 Electronic Drive: Located just a few miles away from our headquarters in Warrington, this Horsham facility is the newest facility to the Ott Scientific group. With over XXXX sqft this will be the future Bioprocessing manufacturing space.
